System stabilisation & improvement
We focused on eliminating recurring bugs and refining existing features that were slowing down the whole workflow. The contribution was our expertise in C#, .NET, and MVC. Our team rebuilt CRM logic and optimised SQL queries to improve data processing speeds and reduce the complexity of the previous architecture.
Performance optimisation
A key focus of the project was improving the CRM’s UI/UX. On the backend, we used ADO.NET, SQL Server, and Entity Framework to optimise data flows and reduce load times.
On the frontend, the interface was redesigned for better responsiveness and clarity. It became easier for teams to navigate, and internal adoption didn’t interrupt the whole workflow.
Alongside this, we ensured that the platform remained stable during all optimisation processes and prepared it for future growth.
