About the Project

A global aviation organisation designed a web-based management platform that enables companies to verify their compliance with international standards. Each applicant logs in, navigates through structured compliance modules, submits answers for verification, and tracks review progress. The system functions as a web centre for managing these audits across partners worldwide.

Client’s Needs

When our project started, the CRM-like system was already in the development stage. The platform requiring quality assurance connected multiple systems and user flows that had to operate perfectly together. Our task was to ensure the product could handle real-world use: hundreds of users, large data volumes, and intricate workflows linking internal teams with external partners.

Shaping the Solution

We joined to lead QA processes. The primary goal was to reach a smooth and error-free experience for internal users and partner organisations. 


The challenge of product testing was to bring structure and confidence to a solution that was evolving at full speed. We had to ensure that the system would remain stable and trustworthy for everyone who relied on it, no matter the number of integrations and connections.

Establishing a QA framework

For arrangement and consistency, we designed a QA framework that integrated smoke, regression, integration, and acceptance testing into one clear process. Thus, we reduced the turnaround time and improved traceability. 

Managing integrations

The platform relied on AWS services, Salesforce integrations, and React-based UI components. Our team tested and verified data exchange through S3, DynamoDB, SQS, and EventBridge, so that every interaction between subsystems stayed stable under load.

Manual and automated testing

Given the system’s complexity, our QA process combined manual and automated testing in a well-coordinated workflow. We focused manual efforts on critical business scenarios and user experience validation, where human judgment was essential. 


At the same time, automated scripts handled repetitive regression checks for stability and speed during each release cycle. This approach helped the team maintain accuracy and reduce the risk of human error.

Cooperation and coordination

We facilitated daily cross-team communication to unite development, business, and automation units. Testing schedules were built around release milestones so that no stage was delayed due to QA bottlenecks.
