We joined to lead QA processes. The primary goal was to reach a smooth and error-free experience for internal users and partner organisations.
The challenge of product testing was to bring structure and confidence to a solution that was evolving at full speed. We had to ensure that the system would remain stable and trustworthy for everyone who relied on it, no matter the number of integrations and connections.
For arrangement and consistency, we designed a QA framework that integrated smoke, regression, integration, and acceptance testing into one clear process. Thus, we reduced the turnaround time and improved traceability.
The platform relied on AWS services, Salesforce integrations, and React-based UI components. Our team tested and verified data exchange through S3, DynamoDB, SQS, and EventBridge, so that every interaction between subsystems stayed stable under load.
Given the system’s complexity, our QA process combined manual and automated testing in a well-coordinated workflow. We focused manual efforts on critical business scenarios and user experience validation, where human judgment was essential.
At the same time, automated scripts handled repetitive regression checks for stability and speed during each release cycle. This approach helped the team maintain accuracy and reduce the risk of human error.
We facilitated daily cross-team communication to unite development, business, and automation units. Testing schedules were built around release milestones so that no stage was delayed due to QA bottlenecks.

The association ensured the stability of the compliance management platform, built to handle complex workflows and large volumes of critical data. Through continuous QA oversight, we helped with product optimisation, leading the system to perform reliably under real-world conditions.
With a tailored QA strategy and product testing, a complex multi-system architecture is transformed into a high-performing ecosystem that supports global operations and provides control over critical compliance processes.
