We developed and updated Cypress-based auto-tests to support evolving platform features. Alongside automation, we performed thorough manual testing for each platform update and bug fix, validating feature performance before every release.
API Testing & Documentation
To support backend stability, we used Swagger to test and verify API endpoints. We also created and regularly updated user-facing documentation using the Crisp business platform. In addition, we migrated the bug reporting process from Slack to Jira, which brought more structure and clarity to the team’s QA processes.
Authentication Automation
We leveraged AI capabilities and explored best practices to implement stable, reliable login automation for this feature.
