About the Project

NetOneTalent is a comprehensive HR platform designed to streamline talent management and recruitment processes. The core idea behind the platform is to provide businesses with a powerful tool to effectively manage their human resources, from talent acquisition to employee engagement and development.

The objective was to solve key talent management challenges. The platform had to simplify the hiring process while providing tools for candidate management, team collaboration, and overall HR efficiency.

What We Delivered

Recruitment management

We built a recruitment management flow that makes posting jobs and handling applications straightforward for recruiters. The platform supports advanced candidate search and filtering, helping teams quickly find relevant profiles. Resume parsing was implemented in TypeScript to extract and organise candidate data efficiently, reducing manual work.

Collaboration tools

To support day-to-day communication, we added in-app messaging that allows HR teams and candidates to stay connected in one place. The interface was built with React to ensure fast interactions and a responsive experience across devices.

Performance tracking

We delivered tools for setting, tracking, and reviewing employee performance goals over time. An analytics dashboard provides visibility into recruitment progress and performance-related metrics, helping teams make informed decisions.

Customizable dashboards

The platform includes personalised dashboards for HR professionals and managers, allowing them to monitor key activities and metrics relevant to their roles.

Security and compliance

Security was built into the platform from the start to protect sensitive HR data. We also added compliance tracking features to support adherence to employment regulations, helping organisations manage their HR processes with confidence.
