About the Project

MHDirekt is an Austrian e-commerce fulfilment provider that helps brands store, package, and deliver products efficiently across Europe. As the company expanded its operations, it needed a modern web presence that would communicate its capabilities to potential B2B partners. Our goal was to create a structured, visually engaging website that presents fulfilment as a clear and approachable process, while reinforcing the brand’s position as a reliable logistics partner.

Client’s Needs

The main vision was to move beyond static corporate presentations and turn the website into an active tool for business development. The new platform had to clearly explain fulfilment workflows, present all service areas in a structured way, and make it easy for partners to understand how collaboration works. At the same time, the website had to strengthen brand trust, support SEO visibility, and enable future integration with internal systems.

What We Did

Our team designed and developed a responsive, component-based website using React and a headless CMS to ensure flexibility and scalability. Each section of the platform focuses on clarity, visual storytelling, and easy navigation.

Fulfilment page

We created an interactive roadmap that illustrates each stage of the fulfilment process: from warehousing to last-mile delivery. Animated icons and smooth transitions help users understand the workflow step-by-step, turning a complex logistics journey into a clear visual narrative.

Services page

This section presents all core services, including store setup, product storage, order fulfilment, and shipping. The modular structure ensures that potential partners can easily find what they need, while visuals highlight transparency and reliability.

How it works

To simplify the onboarding process, we built a step-by-step explanation of how collaboration is organised. The design uses short copy and animations to make technical details easy to grasp, even for non-specialists.

About us

A separate page introduces the team, values, and story through real photography and concise text, presenting the human side of the brand in a professional, approachable way.

Blog

A blog section supports SEO visibility and thought leadership. It shares insights on logistics optimisation, e-commerce growth, and fulfilment automation, helping the company attract and educate B2B partners.

Dashboard

We also designed a secure partner area for future integration with ERP systems, enabling clients to log in and monitor fulfilment status, orders, and analytics.
