Our sales and marketing department is growing, and we’re looking for a Target Marketing Specialist who can drive predictable inbound lead flow and help us scale.
Responsibilities
Launch and manage advertising campaigns (Meta / Google / LinkedIn).
Test hypotheses, creatives, and audiences - quickly and systematically.
Build funnels for SMB / startup audiences.
Optimise CPL and lead quality based on feedback from the sales team.
Analyse campaigns and provide transparent weekly reports.
Requirements
1.5+ years of experience in targeted advertising.
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, custom audiences, lookalikes.
Experience generating B2B leads (preferably for IT, SaaS, or services).
Confident with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making.
Will Be a Plus
Experience targeting US/EU/UA B2B markets.
Understanding of IT outsourcing/outstaffing specifics.
Ability to work closely with sales & SDR teams.
English B1+
